Updated September 2008. We are entering the final stages of construction on the first phase, the new pool and the New Yacht Club. Construction is almost complete at Marina Village. Inventory is available and there is still time to choose finishes in Building 3. Our furnished model will be opening in October 2008! The Marina Village and the New Yacht Club are now under way!  One of South Carolina's finest intracoastal waterway marinas, this renovated 80 slip facility now features all new pilings and piers, power and cable TV connections at each slip, modern fueling facilities, fish cleaning stations and service carts.
